SATSMASH is an educational tool designed to help students prepare for the SAT. We do not guarantee specific score improvements. Results vary depending on individual effort, baseline skill level, and other factors outside our control.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features of SATSMASH are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All payments, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by the respective platform's terms. We do not process payments directly.

8. Termination

You may stop using SATSMASH at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SATSMASH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
